• survey review takeaways: fix age groups, be explicit with wording / definitions
  
• we need to populate everything we say and do with supporting evidence -- data, statistics, etc.

• presentations = slides = not text heavy!! quotes, images. 20ish slides
  
• chapter 1: setting the stage, "gathering the ingredients"
